Mt Fuji Ginger Dressing

"The Best Ginger Dressing in Town!"

About Us

In 1996 Yugo Segawa began bottling a signature salad dressing that was totally
different than other varieties found in most grocery stores.  Segawa called it Mt
Fuji Ginger and insisted that only the freshest vegetables and ingredients be used
for the creation.  Segawa owned the restaurant Tokyo Chia, which he closed in
1997 in order to fully devote his time to the formulation of innovative dressings.
Due to familial duties remaining in Japan, Segawa sold his business and his
recipes to his friend, Carl Hixon, owner of Georgio's Pizza in Pensacola, Fl.
Hixon has worked diligently to keep Segawa's dream alive.  Mt Fuji Ginger
Dressing is currently available locally at Albertson's, Apple Market, Joe Patti's,
Everman's and several Asian food markets.
Many national stores have already shown interest in selling the dressings.
There are also plans to unveil two more dressings in 2008, Mt Fuji Yakaniku and
Mt Fuji Hibatchi.
